Realme C55 is set to launch on March 7 2023

 


Realme is set to launch its new device, the Realme C55, on March 7, as confirmed by the company's promo page on its Indonesian website. The smartphone features a 6.72-inch FullHD+ 90Hz display with a peak brightness of 680 nits and Apple's Dynamic Island-like setup called Mini Capsule, which displays low battery warnings, charging status, data usage, step count, and walking distance. The device runs Android 13 with Realme UI 4.0 and is powered by a MediaTek Helio G88 SoC. It will be available in two storage configurations, 6GB RAM + 128GB storage and 8GB RAM + 256GB storage, both with virtual RAM expansion capabilities. The Realme C55 features a dual camera setup on the back with a 64-megapixel sensor and a 2-megapixel macro sensor, along with an 8-megapixel selfie camera in a centrally aligned hole-punch cutout. The device has a 5,000mAh battery with 33W charging support, a side-mounted fingerprint scanner, a USB Type-C port, and a 3.5mm headphone jack. It also has an NFC chip, Dirac's audio tuning software, and a thickness of 7.89mm. The price of the device has not yet been revealed, but a flash sale of the Realme C55 will start on March 8.
