Pedro Pascal to star in horror film 'Weapons' directed by Zach Cregger
Pedro Pascal, known for his roles in The Mandalorian and The Last of Us, has reportedly signed on to star in a new film called "Weapons" by director Zach Cregger. The movie is described as a "multistory horror epic" with tones similar to the interconnected drama "Magnolia." Although there are no character details, filming is expected to start in the fall of this year. Cregger, who directed the surprise hit "Barbarian" last year, will also produce the film with the same team. The movie is currently in pre-production, and there is no news yet about its release date. Pascal is also busy with other projects, including the upcoming Ethan Coen film "Drive-Away Dolls" and the Pedro Almodovar short film "Strange Way of Life." He will also reunite with Bella Ramsey to film "The Last of Us" season 2 later this year.
