Sony Pictures has released the official trailer for the upcoming action thriller movie, The Equalizer 3, which is set to premiere in cinemas worldwide on September 1. The movie sees Denzel Washington reprising his role as Robert McCall, who is now fighting crime on an international scale, testing his odds against the Italian mafia. Washington is joined by a brand-new cast, including Dakota Fanning, David Denman, Sonia Ben Ammar, and Remo Girone. Antoine Fuqua returns to direct the threequel, while Richard Wenk is back as the screenwriter. The Equalizer franchise is based on the 1980s CBS vigilante series, and the first movie collected $192.3 million globally, against a production budget of $55 million, while the second film made $190.4 million worldwide, against a $62 million budget.
