Kapil Sharma's non-comic avatar in social satire 'Zwigato' to hit theaters on March 17

 

The much-awaited film "Zwigato" starring popular comedian Kapil Sharma and directed by Nandita Das will be released in theaters on March 17. The film has already received positive responses from movie buffs at the Toronto and Busan International Film Festival. The new trailer shows Kapil in a non-comic avatar, playing a food-delivery rider struggling to make ends meet. The film portrays the ongoing class struggle in India and the role of patriarchal mindsets in a family. The film has been jointly produced by Sameer Nair's Applause Entertainment and Nandita Das Initiatives.
