Disney pushes The Marvels release back to November, reshuffles schedule
Disney has reshuffled its release schedule, moving the Brie Larson-starring movie The Marvels from July 28 to November 10. The sequel to Captain Marvel, directed by Nia DaCosta, also stars Teyonah Parris and Iman Vellani, and features a storyline where the three heroes switch places when they use their powers. Meanwhile, the Haunted Mansion has been moved to July 28 from August 11. After releasing 18 projects across TV and theatrical in 2021 and 2022, Marvel is set to slow down and spread out its Disney+ TV output. Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3 is due out on May 5, and Loki season two and Samuel L. Jackson's Secret Invasion are expected to debut on the small screen this year
