Xiaomi is rumored to be launching the Xiaomi Civi 3, which will feature a MediaTek Dimensity 8000 SoC and an improved 50-megapixel Sony IMX800 primary sensor. The smartphone will also reportedly have a 6.55-inch Full-HD+ AMOLED display with a refresh rate of up to 120Hz. The Civi-branded smartphones from Xiaomi are known for their camera and image quality, with a focus on front-facing cameras for vlogging. The Civi 2, which was launched in China last year, featured a Qualcomm Snapdragon 7 Gen 1 SoC and a 50-megapixel Sony IMX766 main sensor, along with two 32-megapixel front-facing cameras with a 100-degree field-of-view. The Xiaomi Civi 3 is expected to launch in April, but it may only be available in China. The Civi 2 also had HDR10+ and Dolby Vision support, as well as Corning Gorilla Glass 5 protection and stainless steel VC liquid cooling technology. It was powered by up to 12GB of LPDDR4x RAM and up to 256GB of UFS 2.2 storage.
