Leaked Specifications for Asus ROG Phone 7 Series Ahead of April 13 Launch
Asus is set to launch the ROG Phone 7 series on April 13, but details of the specifications have already been leaked online. The series will comprise two phones: the ROG Phone 7 and the ROG Phone 7 Ultimate. Both will be powered by Qualcomm's Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 SoC and run Android 13 out of the box. The ROG Phone 7 will feature a 50-megapixel primary rear camera with a Sony IMX766 sensor, a 13-megapixel ultra-wide and 8-megapixel macro camera, and a 32-megapixel front-facing camera for selfies and video calls. The phone will measure 173 x 77 x 10.3mm and weigh 239g. The ROG Phone 7 Ultimate is expected to feature 16GB of RAM and 512GB of onboard storage. The phones have already appeared on benchmarking website Geekbench, with the listing indicating a peak clock speed of 3.19GHz for the Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 SoC.
